The Wilmington Franciscan Volunteer Ministers (FVMs) live and serve in the ministries fostered by St. Paul's and St. Joseph's, both Franciscan parishes.  The ministries include:   St. Paul's Elementary School, youth and young adult ministries, prison ministry, pastoral counseling, religious education, Hispanic ministry, immigrant ministry, English as a Second Language, coaching, mentoring, and community organizing.
